We use only fresh and organic products in our ready-to-eat meals. We carefully check the suppliers of products that you can purchase in the Musketeer online store.

Please check the order upon receipt of self-pickup on the spot or during delivery by our driver no later than an hour after the goods are handed over to you.
If you received products of inadequate quality, we undertake to return the funds or exchange the product for a proper one.
Since we do not use preservatives, we draw your attention to the need to place our products in the appropriate temperature regime for storage within an hour after receipt. If the products were not stored properly by you, the Seller does not fulfill such complaints in full and considers them individually.
